Established in 2005 the American Eagle Signing Service has, to date, successfully notarized over 1200 legal documents for both the private sector and the business community at large.
As a former Business Manager for a Fortune 500 company I have 15+ years experience in the customer relationship field managing prominent customer accounts.
My major focus to my clients was to constantly and consistently exceed their expectations while maintaining my company's overall goals and objectives. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, creating and negotiating annual contracts and purchase agreements with new or existing clients.
Starting in 2006, Marie joined American Eagle Signing Service as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. She is a former licensed Real Estate agent and a successful business owner in the Cosmetology industry. Her in-depth business experience coupled with her Real Estate transaction knowledge is a major asset to A.E.S.S.
Our combined business experience has taught us to be very professional, courteous and patient and to offer you, our client, a dedicated, prompt and error free service.
Our Service to the General Public
Upon presenting satisfactory evidence of identity as described in the FAQ section, we will administer an oath (or affirmation) or take an acknowledgement, and acting as an impartial witness, notarize any legal document presented to us. Documents such as; Living Will, Power of Attorney (POA's), Travel Permission for a Minor affidavit, Citizenship Affidavit, and Affidavit of Support are but to name a few. We will also attest to photocopies of certain documents, verify contents of Safety Deposit boxes and verify vehicle identification numbers.
Our Service to Attorney's, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Title & Escrow and Signing Service Companies
We will act on your behalf as Mobile Notary Signing Agents to help expedite the loan closing process in a reliable and professional manner. We will ensure all documents are properly signed and dated per your instructions and our notary seal is affixed on those documents requiring such stamp.

We are members of the National Notary Association, the National Signing Agent Registry, the American Society of Notaries, and the United Notary Association of America as well as members and participants on various Notary forum websites such as; Notary Rotary, 123 Notary, and Notary Depot.
